Return and Refund Policy
We want you to love your Aluna pieces. If something isn't quite right, we offer a 14-day return policy: you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to send it back to us, and we must receive the returned item within this 14-day window for it to be eligible for a refund.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unused and unworn
- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
For hygiene reasons, bathing suits must also include the original protective liner/protector and be unworn.
Sale Items
Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at hello@alunalondon.com with your order number and the reason for returning.
We will process a return label and send it to you. Once you receive the label, you have 7 days to ship the item back to us.
Return Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We are not responsible for return shipping costs in these cases.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us at hello@alunalondon.com within 14 days of receiving your order. You will need to provide photographic proof showing the issue, with the original tags still attached and the item in its original packaging.
Once verified, Aluna will cover the return shipping cost and process your refund or replacement.
Proof of Condition
All returned items are inspected upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse a refund, or to issue a partial refund, if the item is returned in a condition that does not meet the eligibility requirements above (for example, signs of wear, missing tags, damaged packaging, or missing protective liner on swimwear).
We recommend obtaining proof of postage when sending your return, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
We do not process automatic exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please contact us at hello@alunalondon.com to arrange this. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement item.
